Things to remember:
-Canceling less than the 24 hour window will result in a charge of 50% of your service. Please understand that there are no exceptions.
-We do not allow you to bring children to your appointment.
-Gratuity can't be added to your credit card.
Things we appreciate
-When getting a color service, freshly washed hair can cause irritation to the scalp but very dirty hair can lead to resistant grey hair
-When getting a highlight service we appreciate hair to be on the straight side and easy to comb through.
-Look at the service list before hand to see how much time your service takes and make sure you give yourself enough time.
-Remember we want you to be 100% satisfied with your color or cut and are happy to make any adjustment within a respectable window after your appointment.
